Revenue Architecture · Cohort 2

Build a business that still sells on the weeks your brain disappears.

A six-week live build for ADHD founders who are tired of rebuilding the whole operating system every Monday. Map how your brain actually makes money, then turn that map into AI workflows, sales structure, delegation rules, and bad-week scripts that keep revenue moving.

Proof before theory

Founders do not need more motivation. They need fewer single points of failure.

“After just one session of listening to Jan, I learned to think more strategically about applying AI tools. I began using Notebook LLM to solve a recurring challenge with multiple clients: thousands of pages of spreadsheets and PDFs that needed to be easily searchable and aggregated into a clear strategy. For me, the course has been worth more than the price, for the pause and time to think through that single solution.”

“As the "Founder" of a business that will be a start up - I cant even take in data on what is working and what is not working Just how my ADHD brain has procrastinated to this point. How long you ask? 2 years. I am 2 weeks into Revenue Architecture and have made enough progress we are about to test the market (using Jan's step by step approach) and then Learn and Launch. I have been with coaching structures before - and my brain fought the rigidity and "just do it my way" approach Revenue Architecture has literally made sense in my head The approach makes sense The adaptability to HOW each ADHD brain functions makes sense Jan's genius in creating tools that save me time and save me from diving down rabbit holes for hours makes sense. 16 days after starting Revenue Architecture I feel and see the progress. I am curious in what I end up with after 6 weeks”

Introducing Revenue Architecture

The program is not “get organized.” It is “remove yourself as the fragile part.”

Most ADHD founders do not have a discipline problem. They have a dependency problem. Sales depends on their confidence. Delivery depends on their memory. Marketing depends on their novelty. Follow-up depends on the day not already being emotionally expensive.

Revenue Architecture changes the base layer. The business stops asking for your best-brain day before it can sell, ship, and follow up.

01

Map the brain

Your patterns become design constraints, not shame material.

02

Build the machinery

AI, sales, delegation, and rotation get wired into one operating model.

03

Stress test it

The architecture is only real if it survives the week you do not.

The room, the proof, and the operating material

Visual proof

The room, the proof, and the operating material

A high-trust sales page should keep showing the buyer the human, the working environment, and the concrete assets behind the promise.

The full Revenue Architecture stack

Visual proof

The full Revenue Architecture stack

Brain Map, AI Integrator, Sales Structure, Delegation, Multi-Stream, and Stress Test are presented as a build stack, not scattered modules.

The expensive loop

You keep buying systems for a brain you do not actually have.

Where most founders are

A good week creates a new plan. A bad week breaks it. Then the shame makes the next Monday feel like a full business rebuild.

What changed

AI can now hold context, run routines, draft, score, summarize, and keep workflows moving. But only when it is attached to a clear business architecture.

What becomes possible

Your business can sell, follow up, publish, and decide without waiting for you to feel clear, brave, rested, and interested at the same time.

Jan Kutschera explaining a revenue architecture map to founders

The operating model

Six layers. One architecture.

01

Brain Map

Your energy cycles, avoidance loops, selling style, rotation pattern, and stress response become the blueprint.

02

AI Integrator

AI stops being another toy and starts taking the repetitive work your brain drops first.

03

Sales Structure

Offer, price, ask, objection scripts, and follow-up get engineered around your actual nervous system.

04

Delegation Architecture

What stays with you, what AI takes, and what a human gets later, in that order.

05

Multi-Stream Design

Two or three revenue streams that can rotate without becoming chaos.

06

Stress Test Playbook

The scripts for bad weeks, bored weeks, sick weeks, and the weeks where everything is on fire.

Not testimonials

The patterns are recognizable. The proof stays real.

These are fit-patterns for founders who recognize the operating problem. They are not presented as customer quotes, because proof should stay attached to real people and real permission.

Founder pattern

Agency founder with too many open loops

Not short on ideas. Short on a structure that decides which idea sells this week and which one waits.

Founder pattern

Consultant whose sales depend on energy

The work is good. The sales motion depends on being brave, rested, and clear. That is not an operating model.

Founder pattern

Course creator stuck in rebuild mode

Every launch starts with a new tool and ends with the same quiet question: why can I do this for clients, but not for my own business?

Founder pattern

Solo founder with rotating attention

Revenue exists. Demand exists. What is missing is a business that keeps moving when attention rotates.

Founder pattern

Operator-founder carrying every follow-up

The calendar looks disciplined. The business still depends on being emotionally available for every sales follow-up.

Founder pattern

Expert business owner with no next move

Does not need another strategy. Needs a stack that makes the obvious next move impossible to ignore.

Proof wall

Different founders, same recurring thing: Jan turns noise into a next move.

The program

What you build, week by week.

Six live build sessions, your 1:1 roadmap call, recordings, templates, group room, and a 60-day check-in.

Week 0 1:1 Roadmap

Before the group starts, you and Jan map your business, your brain, and your six-week build plan.

Week 1 AI Integrator

One AI workflow live by Friday. Not researched. Not planned. Working.

Week 2 Sales

The offer, price, and ask you can say out loud without shrinking.

Week 3 RSD Navigation

The invisible sales and visibility brakes get named, then turned into operating scripts.

Week 4 Delegation

A clean split between founder work, AI work, and future human support.

Week 5 Multi-Stream

A revenue model that uses rotation without letting every idea become a new business.

Week 6 Stress Test

A one-week pressure test and emergency playbook for when your brain disappears.

The ROI is not abstract

Old way versus architecture.

The old way

  • Buy another tool because the last system got boring.
  • Hire too early because routine work keeps spilling over.
  • Launch only when confidence, novelty, and time happen to line up.
  • Disappear for a week and return to a business full of loose threads.

The architecture

  • Use one brain map to choose what the business actually needs.
  • Give AI the routine work before adding human overhead.
  • Use sales scripts and offer structure that survive emotional weather.
  • Run a stress-tested playbook when your brain goes offline.

The stack

What sits underneath the promise.

The promise is not floating on inspiration. It sits on a build stack: the roadmap call, the live room, the AI layer, the sales layer, and the stress-tested operating layer.

Investment, after the architecture is clear

$1,497 to rebuild the part of the business that keeps asking you to be superhuman.

The price is not for information. It is for a mapped architecture, live build pressure, Jan’s eyes on your business, and a working stack you can keep using after the six weeks.

1:1 roadmap call with Jan

Ninety minutes on your actual business before the cohort starts.

Six weekly live build sessions

Hot-seat implementation, not lectures you promise to watch later.

Full video curriculum

Template and prompt library

Jan’s AI setups, Expert Panel prompts, and sales/offer tools.

Cohort room and 60-day check-in

The room stays alive long enough for the architecture to meet reality.

Risk reversal

It starts with ninety minutes, not blind faith.

If the 1:1 roadmap call does not produce a plan you would actually run, you can get a same-day refund. No motivational theatre. No “trust the process.” The first thing has to be useful.

FAQ

Questions before you build.

I have dropped every system before. Why would this be different?

Because we are not asking you to maintain a generic system. We map the way your ADHD brain already creates revenue, then build around that pattern. The first step is a 1:1 roadmap call, so the plan is not theoretical.

I do not have time for another program.

That is the point. The live sessions are implementation sessions. You leave with pieces built, not a longer to-do list.

Is this just AI automation?

No. AI is one layer. Revenue Architecture also covers sales, RSD, multi-stream design, delegation, and stress testing. AI only works when the business architecture underneath it is clear.

What if the 1:1 call shows this is not right for me?

If that call does not produce a plan you would actually run, you can get a same-day refund. There is also the existing 7-day refund window.

Final decision

You can keep rebuilding the business around your best weeks, or build the structure that survives the bad ones.
