The Senior Circle
A room full of founders who run real companies. And who happen to have the same brain as you.
You have a business with people in it. Revenue that other people depend on. And a brain that runs on a different operating system than everyone you employ.
The Senior Circle is a peer forum for founders like that. Six to eight of them. Every month. For years, not weeks.
Why this exists
Peer groups for established founders already exist. Most of them are excellent. None of them are built for the way you actually operate.
You sit in a room where everyone talks about discipline and consistency, and you are the only person who knows that your best quarter came out of four unhinged weeks and your worst came out of six perfectly planned ones. You stop bringing that up. You bring the sanitized version instead.
This room removes that translation layer. Everyone in it runs a company. Everyone in it has this wiring. Nobody has to explain either one.
How it works
-
A permanent forum of six to eight founders
Not a rotating community. The same people, month after month, who know your business well enough to challenge you on it. The format is modelled on the classic entrepreneur forum: confidential, experience only, no advice-giving.
-
Hot seats, scheduled in advance
Each session, two or three members bring a real decision to the table. Yours is on the calendar, so you never have to compete for airtime or decide in the moment whether your problem is worth raising.
-
The One-Page Operating Plan
One page per member: the vision in a sentence, three goals for the quarter, five numbers, one commitment. Built during onboarding, updated live at the top of every session. No prep, no homework, no document nobody opens.
-
Structured onboarding before your first session
Six chapters covering how to build a company that runs without you at the centre of it. It is the same material my Revenue Architecture clients paid four figures for. You complete it before you join a forum, so everyone in the room shares a language and a plan format.
-
Member-led, by design
I facilitate the first four sessions myself, then hand the forum a running system and a rotating member facilitator. Most paid groups die when the founder loses interest. This one is built so that it keeps running whether or not I am in the room.
-
I'm in the room, monthly, for the founding phase
The rotating facilitator runs your forum. But while the alliance is young, I join every session: not to lead it, to make sure the machine actually moves. Plans updated, commitments kept, hot seats hitting bone. As the alliance grows, this shifts to a monthly all-circles session. Founding members get the version where I am at the table.
-
What membership includes grows with the alliance
A monthly all-circles session, guest experts on the topics we share, deep-dives when one problem shows up in every forum, and eventually a retreat. Founding members shape what gets built. That is what founding means.
Who belongs in this room
- You own or co-own a business that is running, not planned
- You have people working in it, employed or contracted
- ADHD, diagnosed or clearly self-identified
- You are willing to be specific about real numbers behind a closed door
- You can commit to one session a month for at least a year
If you are still building toward that, there is a separate room for you. Ask me about the Junior Circle instead. Mixing the two would ruin both.
What it costs
Founding member terms
The first cohort sets the standard for everything that follows, so the terms reflect that.
Today you pay the setup fee, and nothing else. When you have finished onboarding and your forum has a date, I send you an invoice for the first year of dues. There is no subscription, no stored card, and no automatic renewal: every year you get an invoice and decide again.
Previous Revenue Architecture clients: your setup fee is already covered. You paid for that curriculum once, you will not pay for it twice. Reply to my email and I will send you your own link.
No monthly billing. Membership runs on an annual cycle, the way this kind of room has always worked.
Taking your seat
Your forum meets one Thursday a month, 8pm Cyprus time. Six seats. When they are taken, the next forum starts a new list.
You are reading this because we have already talked about your business and I know it fits the room. So there is no application and no second interview. Take the seat and I will send onboarding the same day.
Questions before you do? Reply to my email. I would rather answer them now than have you sit in the room half convinced.
Who is building this
Jan Kutschera, ADHD Founder
I founded four agencies over thirty years. Clients included eBay, RTL and Zeit Online. I was diagnosed at 51, which means I built all of it without knowing why some quarters worked and most did not.
I am not in this room as a coach. I am in it as the person who spent thirty years figuring out what actually works for this particular brain, and who now wants to sit with people who are running companies at the same level.
My job is to build your forum, run the first four sessions, and then get out of the way.
Fair questions
I already sit in a peer group. Why this one?
Because in the other one you translate. Most members here will keep their existing network and use this room for the conversations that do not travel well anywhere else.
What happens if I miss a session?
You rejoin the next one. There is no catching up, no penalty, no explaining yourself. A structure that punishes a missed month is a structure that will not survive contact with this audience.
How confidential is this really?
Fully. Nothing said in a forum leaves it. No recordings, no summaries, no transcripts. That rule is the reason the format works, and it is the one rule that ends a membership if broken.
Why annual and not monthly?
Because a room of people who can leave in thirty days behaves like a room of people who can leave in thirty days. The commitment is the point.
What if the group is not right for me?
Tell me after the first two sessions and I refund the dues in full. The setup fee covers work already delivered, so that part stays.
