Revenue Architecture · Cohort 2

Build a business that still sells on the weeks your brain disappears.

A six-week live build for ADHD founders who are tired of rebuilding the whole operating system every Monday. Map how your brain actually makes money, then turn that map into AI workflows, sales structure, delegation rules, and bad-week scripts that keep revenue moving without requiring your best-brain week.

Proof before theory

Founders do not need more motivation. They need fewer single points of failure.

“After just one session of listening to Jan, I learned to think more strategically about applying AI tools. I began using Notebook LLM to solve a recurring challenge with multiple clients: thousands of pages of spreadsheets and PDFs that needed to be easily searchable and aggregated into a clear strategy. For me, the course has been worth more than the price, for the pause and time to think through that single solution.”

“As the "Founder" of a business that will be a start up - I cant even take in data on what is working and what is not working Just how my ADHD brain has procrastinated to this point. How long you ask? 2 years. I am 2 weeks into Revenue Architecture and have made enough progress we are about to test the market (using Jan's step by step approach) and then Learn and Launch. I have been with coaching structures before - and my brain fought the rigidity and "just do it my way" approach Revenue Architecture has literally made sense in my head The approach makes sense The adaptability to HOW each ADHD brain functions makes sense Jan's genius in creating tools that save me time and save me from diving down rabbit holes for hours makes sense. 16 days after starting Revenue Architecture I feel and see the progress. I am curious in what I end up with after 6 weeks”

“Jan crossed my radar shortly after getting diagnosed with adhd at 53 and I am so grateful! His Brain Mapping tool and insights into how to function as a creative entrepreneur without burning out have been so helpful. The tools and supportive environment within Revenue Architecture are just what I needed to keep me on track and focused as I navigate launching my art, workshop and coaching business. Thanks Jan! ✨”

The expensive loop

You keep buying systems for a brain you do not actually have.

Most ADHD founders do not have a discipline problem. They have a dependency problem. Sales depends on their confidence. Delivery depends on their memory. Marketing depends on their novelty. Follow-up depends on the day not already being emotionally expensive.

Revenue Architecture changes the base layer. The business stops asking for your best-brain day before it can sell, ship, and follow up.

01

Where most founders are

A good week creates a new plan. A bad week breaks it. Then the shame makes the next Monday feel like a full business rebuild.

02

What actually changed

AI can now hold context, run routines, draft, score, and keep workflows moving. But only when it is attached to a clear business architecture underneath.

03

What becomes possible

Your business can sell, follow up, publish, and decide without waiting for you to feel clear, brave, rested, and interested all at the same time.

Jan mapping the revenue architecture

The operating model

Six layers. One architecture.

01

Brain Map

Your energy cycles, avoidance loops, selling style, rotation pattern, and stress response become the blueprint, not the shame.

02

AI Integrator

AI stops being another toy and starts taking the repetitive work your brain drops first.

03

Sales Structure

Offer, price, ask, objection scripts, and follow-up engineered around your actual nervous system.

04

Delegation Architecture

What stays with you, what AI takes, and what a human gets later, in that exact order.

05

Multi-Stream Design

Two or three revenue streams that can rotate without turning into chaos.

06

Stress Test Playbook

The scripts for bad weeks, bored weeks, sick weeks, and the weeks where everything is on fire.

Not a faceless course

This is Jan in the room with your business, not a portal you disappear into.

You should be able to feel who is leading the room long before you reach the checkout.

Inside the build

It is not a folder of PDFs. It is a working product.

Everything lives in one calm place, built for an ADHD brain to actually use, not ten more tabs to lose.

The Founder OS member dashboard
Your member dashboard Every module, tool, cohort and recording in one calm place, not ten browser tabs you lose by Tuesday.
The Big Idea Finder tool inside Founder OS
Real tools, not PDFs The Big Idea Finder, Page Generator and Ad Studio run right inside your account, built for an ADHD brain to use.

The program

What you build, week by week.

Six live build sessions, your 1:1 roadmap call, recordings, templates, the group room, and a 60-day check-in.

Week 0 1:1 Roadmap

Before the group starts, you and Jan map your brain, your offer, and your exact six-week build order on one call.

  • The reason most ADHD systems quietly die in week two, and the one design change on this call that stops it.
  • Give me 90 minutes and you leave with a build order you would actually run, not a 40-page plan you never open.
  • What never to build first, even though every guru on the internet tells you to start there.
Week 1 AI Integrator

One AI workflow live and running by Friday. Not researched, not bookmarked. Running.

  • How to hand AI the exact task your brain drops first, so it gets done whether or not you show up that day.
  • The sneaky reason your AI tools never stuck last time, and the setup that makes them boringly reliable.
  • Do you open ChatGPT, freeze, and close the tab? We kill that loop on day one.
Week 2 Sales

The offer, the price, and the ask you can say out loud without shrinking.

  • How to say your price with no apology, no instant discount, and no wall of justifying text.
  • The 3 moves that quietly kill most ADHD founders on a sales call, and exactly what to do instead.
  • What never to do when a lead goes quiet. (Get this wrong and you train buyers to ghost you.)
Week 3 RSD Navigation

The invisible brakes on your selling and your visibility get named, then turned into scripts you can run.

  • The reason you avoid following up, posting, and pitching, even when you know it works.
  • Do you read a slow reply as a personal rejection? Here is the script that keeps you moving anyway.
  • How to keep selling on the days when one piece of criticism would normally end your whole week.
Week 4 Delegation

A clean split between what stays with you, what AI takes, and what a human gets later, in that order.

  • What never to delegate first. (Most founders hire for the wrong task and burn the cash in a month.)
  • The order to offload work in so you stop being the bottleneck without blowing up your payroll.
  • How to delegate even when you cannot explain what you do, using one repeatable capture trick.
Week 5 Multi-Stream

Two or three revenue streams that use your rotation instead of being wrecked by it.

  • The truth about "multiple income streams" for ADHD brains. (Most advice just multiplies your chaos.)
  • How to add a second stream without it quietly becoming a second business you now have to run.
  • Give your novelty-seeking brain a safe place to go, so it stops torching the thing that already pays.
Week 6 Stress Test

A one-week pressure test and an emergency playbook for the weeks your brain goes offline.

  • The exact moves for a bad week, written before you need them, so revenue does not stop when you do.
  • Do you lose a week and come back to a business full of loose threads? This is what ends that pattern.
  • How to make the business survive the weeks you disappear on purpose, by design, not by luck.

What you walk away with

By week six, this is built, not bookmarked.

Honest outcomes, not income claims. These are the concrete assets the cohort produces.

One AI workflow running

Live and working by the first Friday. Not researched, not bookmarked, running.

A sales ask you can say out loud

Offer, price, and the exact words, without shrinking when it is time to send it.

Follow-up that does not need you

Scripts and a structure so leads stop going cold the week you go quiet.

Two or three mapped revenue streams

A model that uses your rotation instead of fighting it.

A delegation split

What stays with you, what AI takes, what a human takes later, in order.

A bad-week playbook

The exact moves for the weeks your brain disappears, written before you need them.

The payoff is practical

Old way versus architecture.

The old way

  • Buy another tool because the last system got boring.
  • Hire too early because routine work keeps spilling over.
  • Launch only when confidence, novelty, and time happen to line up.
  • Disappear for a week and return to a business full of loose threads.

The architecture

  • Use one brain map to decide what the business actually needs next.
  • Give AI the routine work before adding human overhead.
  • Sell with scripts and offer structure that survive emotional weather.
  • Run a stress-tested playbook the week your brain goes quiet.

The stack

What sits underneath the promise.

The promise is not floating on inspiration. It sits on a build stack you keep using after the six weeks.

1:1 call

Roadmap

Your brain, offer, streams, AI surface area, and six-week build order.

6 live sessions

Build room

Hot-seat implementation and decisions against your actual business.

Templates + prompts

AI layer

Expert Panel, Claude setups, workflows, and repeatable operators.

Offer + ask

Sales layer

Pricing, RSD scripts, follow-up, and a proof structure that holds.

Delegation + stress test

Operating layer

What AI takes, what humans take later, and what happens on the bad weeks.

Included, not upsold

You are not just buying the cohort. Two complete products come with it.

Most programs would sell these separately. In Cohort 2 they are part of the build, not a checkout surprise.

Validate & Scale

Validate & Scale

$497 product, included

Find the offer people actually pay for, then scale it. AI builds the test page, Meta puts it in front of real strangers, and their wallets tell you what to scale, in days. Includes the idea finder, live teardown calls, and the ad-creative templates.

Social Media Autopilot

Social Media Autopilot

Included with Cohort 2

Social media for a brain that hates posting. It generates, schedules, and posts for you, so showing up stops depending on motivation, novelty, or a good-brain day. Fully hands-off once it is set up.

FAQ

Questions before you build.

I have dropped every system before. Why would this be different?

Because we are not asking you to maintain a generic system. We map the way your ADHD brain already creates revenue, then build around that pattern. The first step is a 1:1 roadmap call, so the plan is never theoretical.

I do not have time for another program.

That is the point. The live sessions are implementation sessions. You leave with pieces built, not a longer to-do list.

Is this just AI automation?

No. AI is one layer. Revenue Architecture also covers sales, RSD, multi-stream design, delegation, and stress testing. AI only works once the business architecture underneath it is clear.

What if the 1:1 call shows this is not right for me?

If that call does not produce a plan you would actually run, you get a same-day refund. There is also the standard 7-day refund window.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can join in one payment of $1,497, or split it into 3 × $500.

Final decision

Keep rebuilding the business around your best weeks, or build the structure that survives the bad ones.
