Affiliate Programme Terms
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to approved affiliates promoting ADHD Founder products, including Revenue Reset, through ClickBank, GoAffPro or another affiliate platform we approve.
By participating, you also agree to the rules of the affiliate platform through which you participate. Where a platform rule is stricter than these terms, the stricter rule applies.
1. Approval required
Participation is approval-based. Creating a ClickBank or GoAffPro account does not by itself give permission to promote Revenue Reset. We may approve, reject, pause or remove an affiliate where needed to protect customers, the offer or the programme.
2. Revenue Reset offer
Revenue Reset is currently sold for $49 USD as a one-time payment. It is a self-paced digital business product with five short videos and five practical exercises.
Revenue Reset is educational business and productivity material. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Commission and holding period
Approved Revenue Reset affiliates currently earn 50% commission on eligible sales attributed to their approved affiliate link.
Commissions are subject to a 40-day holding period before becoming eligible for payout. Platform-specific payout timing, thresholds and account requirements also apply.
No commission is payable on transactions that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise ineligible under the applicable platform rules.
4. Customer refund policy
Revenue Reset has a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the customer terms applicable to the purchase. If a transaction is refunded or charged back, the related affiliate commission may be cancelled, reversed or deducted under the affiliate platform rules.
5. Correct affiliate route
GoAffPro affiliates: use the assigned GoAffPro referral link to https://adhd-founder.com/revenuereset. Purchases on this route use the existing Stripe checkout.
ClickBank affiliates: use the HopLink generated by ClickBank. Approved ClickBank traffic lands on https://start.adhd-founder.com/revenue-reset and purchases through ClickBank.
A single transaction may belong to only one affiliate and payment route. Attempts to manipulate or duplicate attribution are prohibited.
6. Approved promotion
Affiliates may create their own promotional content at launch. Promotion must accurately represent the product and comply with these terms and the applicable platform rules.
Legitimate promotion may include owned websites, permission-based newsletters, social media, video, podcasts, creator content and approved advertising.
7. Claims you must not make
Do not make false, misleading or unsupported claims. In particular, do not state or imply that Revenue Reset treats or cures ADHD, provides diagnosis or treatment, changes dopamine, is clinically proven without approved evidence, guarantees revenue or income, provides automatic or passive income, or guarantees a particular productivity or business result.
Do not fabricate revenue figures, affiliate earnings, conversion rates, EPC, AOV, refund rates, sales volume, testimonials, reviews or endorsements.
8. Pricing and offer claims
Revenue Reset is currently offered at $49 USD one-time. Do not invent previous prices, fake discounts, artificial value stacks, false urgency, scarcity or countdowns. Any price, guarantee or promotion you mention must match the current official offer.
9. Testimonials, brands and creative assets
Do not use customer testimonials, names or photos without permission. Do not use client or company logos without documented permission. Do not redistribute ADHD Founder graphics or other materials unless they have been supplied or approved for affiliate use.
10. Affiliate disclosure
Clearly disclose your material connection near the recommendation or affiliate link. A simple disclosure is: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
11. Email and spam
Use only legitimate permission-based audiences. Do not use purchased or harvested lists, send unsolicited bulk spam, use misleading sender identities or ignore unsubscribe requests.
12. Impersonation
You may describe yourself as an affiliate of ADHD Founder. You may not claim to be ADHD Founder, Jan Kutschera, an employee or an official representative unless that is actually the case. Do not create domains, profiles or advertising identities designed to appear official when they are not.
13. Paid search and trademarks
Do not bid on ADHD Founder, Revenue Reset, Jan Kutschera or other ADHD Founder brand terms in paid search without explicit permission.
14. Coupons and deal sites
Do not advertise unauthorized coupons, fake discounts or nonexistent offers. Coupon, cashback or deal-site promotion requires prior approval where it could affect attribution or programme economics.
15. Self-referrals
Affiliate links must not be used primarily to generate commission on your own purchases. Self-referrals may be rejected and related commissions may be cancelled.
16. Monitoring and enforcement
We may review affiliate promotions and require a claim, advertisement, asset, disclosure or traffic source to be corrected or removed. Material or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the programme.
17. Changes to the programme
We may update these terms, commission structures, approved claims, accepted traffic sources and products available for promotion. Material changes apply from the effective date communicated to affiliates.
18. Questions and company information
Questions about affiliate approval, links or programme participation should be submitted through the affiliate platform or the contact method supplied during onboarding. Customer product support remains separate from affiliate account support.
