Free recorded workshop

The ADHD Founder Operating System: build a business that survives your bad weeks.

A map of the thing you have been rebuilding every Monday. You leave knowing which layer of yours is missing.

For ADHD founders making $10K to $100K a year. You already have the business. This is about the weeks it runs without you.

This is a recorded 35-minute workshop. Pick when you want to watch it below.

The pattern

You've read the books. You still hit the same wall.

None of that is a discipline problem. It's what happens when a business runs on how you feel that day, instead of running on something that doesn't feel anything. Here's why that never holds.

The difference

Motivation goes up and down. The structure doesn't.

Performance Time The six layers Motivation Willpower A good week
Every founder has good weeks and bad ones. A structure doesn't know the difference — it runs regardless. The six layers below are what that structure actually is.

The agenda

The six layers, and where yours breaks

  1. AI Integrator

The task you keep rewriting on your list isn't a discipline problem. It's a missing layer, and this is the one that does the work while you're not looking.

  2. Sales

How to sell on the days you'd rather not talk to anyone.

  3. RSD

You think rejection sensitivity is a personality problem. It's a business constraint, and it's the layer nobody builds.

  4. Delegation

What never to hand off first. Get this order wrong and the handover becomes a second job.

  5. Multi-Stream

The truth about "focus on one business". That advice is what breaks ADHD founders, and rotation is the design, not the failure.

  6. Stress Test

If you've had one week this year where nothing got done, this is the layer that decides whether the business noticed.

Already in the room

Founders already building this.

Same six layers. Different businesses. Revenue Architecture is the paid, structured version of what I'm teaching in this workshop. I'll show it to you at the end. You can stop watching the second it's over.

“Sixteen days after starting Revenue Architecture, I can already feel and see the progress.”

“Jan crossed my radar right after I got diagnosed with ADHD at 53. The tools and the room are exactly what I needed.”

“The course has been worth more than the price for the pause alone, the time to actually think a problem through.”

Two quick honesty checks

Who this is for, and who it isn’t

Not for you, yet

You're pre-revenue and still working out what to sell. Come back when something sells.

Not for you

You want a course to watch. This is a map, and maps are useless until you build against them.

It's for you if

You built something that works when your brain does. You want it to keep working on the week it doesn't.

Who is running this

Jan, in three lines

11 companies. 30 years in business. Diagnosed at 51.

Not a coach. I build businesses with the brain I have, and I had been building ADHD systems by instinct for decades without knowing that's what they were.

Revenue Architecture is what came out of writing it down.

The questions people actually have

Is there a replay?

It's a recording. Pick when you want to watch it, then it's yours to rewatch whenever you like.

Do I need to already be making money?

Yes, or close to it. This isn't for the idea stage. The honesty check above covers it.

My last system died in two weeks. Why would this be different?

It might not be. I can't answer that from a registration page. What I can tell you: this isn't a system. It's an architecture.

Do I need an actual diagnosis?

No. Self-identified is fine. The wiring doesn't check for paperwork.

One more thing

A system needs you. An architecture does not.

That's the whole workshop. Then, if you want the structured version, I'll show it. If not, you leave with the map either way.
